We weren't prepared for HER coming. We were too busy waging war against ourselves. In our constant quest to one up our enemies we failed to do the simpliest thing... look up. The Earth shook and cracked with HER arrival and yet, we were so sure that it was the enemy setting off a nuke to split continents. However what stood insead of the miles wide crater was far worse.
Towering high into the clouds of ash and smoke, SHE looked down at us, proving just how small we are in this world. HER march of destruction annilated even the largest cities. As SHE drew near the heat became unbearable until flesh and bone would melt off the body only to be joined by steel turing liquid shortly after. SHE sent her dreaded minions far and wide to maul the unprepared and swarm fortifacations.
The militaries of the world couldn't even leave a scratch on HER skin, even after the countless tons of explosives and ammo that we thrown. SHE was a unkillable, unstoppible god of destruction that marked the end of our species. However we were given a shred of hope, another decended from the heavens. An Angel, a giant being made of light and carrying a flaming sword was all that saved us from destruction. Though the fight that rocked Heaven, Hell and all inbetween came to a draw. Both beings landed a final blow, causing what is believed to be both of their deaths.
I witnessed that fight, the brutal clashing of gods and violence that no child should witness. I came to know a truth that nobody seems to believe, SHE was not dead. Merely sleeping off the wounds that the Angel caused. Now SHE threatens us with her awakening any no one seems to care. They call me a lair or pray to a dead Angel content to wait for their deaths. I do not know how but I must prove my claims, I must find away to kill HER for good.
